Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Facilitate product Demo and Training to client and stake holders.
• Manual testing of web and mobile apps.
• Experience in Creation of solution document, functional specification document, test data & test scenarios.
• Should have good knowledge on HTML, CSS (Table less design), jQuery and Cross Browser UI development.
• Basic Knowledge of any database MSSQL server/Oracle/MySQL.
• Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize task assignments to ensure quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Insurance domain is an added advantage

Qualifications and Competencies

• A self-motivated personality, and able to work efficiently by himself/herself, as well as, in a team by being a team leader.
• Strong organizational and oral / written communication skills to lead or facilitate discussions over the phone and with remote teams.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet multiple goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
