Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international B2B sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in required industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the required industry
  • Create a strong customer pipeline through innovative lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Create overall business and sales strategy for the organization and drive outbound sales motion.
  • Take ownership and drive revenue through customer sales and conversions across geographies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through innovative sales strategies.
  • Drive pricing strategies and align them to overall sales and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate with clients on the profit maximization value for business.
  • Formalize business strategy and market approach for business development.
  • Has experience in Strategic Market Planning, including Business plan & Sales Strategy development.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and value chain for the marketing.
  • Involved in the end-to-end sales cycle and responsible for the closure.
  • Has a competitive approach for winning business from a strategic and tactical perspective.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new relationships, working closely with Technical Team to attain company objectives.
  • Has to travel different countries for the business development as per the market need.
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to inform company strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a International Marketing background.
  • Proven track record of success in international sales in the Software industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
